Blackjack and Westfield in hands free staff service
West London shopping centre Westfield has announced plans to enhance its hands free shopping service by bringing in additional support for peak shopping periods.
Westfield has tasked promotions agency Blackjack with providing a team to provide shoppers with the option of a hands free collection service. The agency will supply specialist staff members on a daily basis to manage the service, offering a flexible staffing roster to match busy periods, such as the forthcoming Christmas period and differing footfall anticipation as required.
The staff will be based on the concierge desk, where they will receive notification from the stores when customers have requested this assistance. The hands-free team will then ensure items are ready for the customer to collect at the desk, which is in situ close to the parking area
