Compass Group is an enormous business and the story is of interest to many senior field marketers.

Amazing sustained interest everyday for this story which was number 3 in the most read stakes a month ago.

We were first to break this news and so we were toplisted on Google News for the story (also true of many of our top 15).
9. 10,000 cheers for Virgin Money and the London Marathon (07.04.11)
So far we’re the only marketing magazine to pick up on this story and look at the marketing aspect. It has been a big one in the tabloids, it’s Branson, it’s London Marathon, and it is popular on Youtube. It has only been on our site for a day and a half.
