Pic2go heads into UK market via Bristol firm
A Bristol based company has been chosen to promote Pic2go's Social Media Photo-Marketing product in the UK. Based in Redland, Bowles Millard Media Ltd will be responsible for introducing Pic2go to experiential marketing and events marketing companies around the country.
Pic2go offers an innovative social media marketing approach, by providing consumers and event attendees with personal Facebook albums with their brand experience photos.
The product is targeted towards experiential marketing and event marketing firms who are looking to amplify offline activities through social media.
Pic2go was used in a Lady Speed Stick sampling activity, where 900 consumers were photographed as The Lady of Lady Speedstick at the point of sample receipt, and shared their experience to over 100,000 Facebook friends.
The product uses an auto-tagging technology that automatically assigns photos to people. Pic2go also promotes the product as a self-operated photo-marketing tool as there is no need for special photography equipment or trained operators.
Focused on social media marketing, the product offers wide range of Facebook-integration point as:
- An integrated fans-collection
- Full branding for Facebook albums
- Detailed social-exposure reporting
