Gü Puds goes front of store with iD Experiential
iD Experiential, the brand trial and engagement specialists, has teamed up with Gü Puds to create a 30 day front of store experiential campaign to promote its full range of desserts. The front of store campaign will see iD Experiential distribute over 90,000 samples from the Gü Puds fruit and chocolate desserts range.
The activity is part of an integrated campaign featuring TV, outdoor, PR, press, in-store, digital, and new packaging to promote the relaunch of Gü Puds, consolidating both its dessert brands - Gü Chocolate Puds and Frü Fruity Puds under one umbrella brand, Gü Puds.
Research by Pretty Little Head, commissioned by Gü, suggested consumers shop for desserts by occasion, e.g, group entertaining, sharing with someone and purchasing for oneself.
The sampling campaign aims to encourage women aged 25-45 to indulge in the Gü Puds range by increasing trial through product sampling across all these occasions and in store price promotions. The campaign will visit selected Sainsbury’s, Morrison’s, Tesco and ASDA stores nationwide and will conclude on July 1st 2011.
