Blackjack Promotions builds on Total's F1 fanbase at Heathrow T5
Taking advantage of the opportunity provided by the British Grand Prix at Silverstone on July 10, Total is deploying a global advertising campaign built around the slogan “Total, Partner of Your Challenges.”
As part of this campaign, Blackjack Promotions has designed, produced and installed an experiential stand, together with providing the brand hostesses for the activity at Heathrow Terminal 5.
This is the second year that this project has appeared at Terminal 5, now with the new Lotus Renault GP team colours. Passengers have the opportunity to see a F1 car, compete on a Scalextric Moonrace circuit and interact with touch screens displaying the Total and Lotus Renault GP websites as well as play on race car simulators.
The hostesses are on hand to provide information about the F1 car, encourage passengers to interact with the Scalextric set and simulators, as well as to answer any questions relating to the Total brand and products.
The experiential site, which launched on the 1 July and is set to run until the 31 July, is already proving to be a great success with BA passengers. Sarah Lewis, BAA commercial sponsorship and experience manager commented: “Once again the Total F1 activity is proving to be very popular with airport visitors. The interactive elements such as the Scalextric Moonrace and the touch screens provide an excellent opportunity for a captive audience to interact with the Total brand.”
