Momentum Instore take on 100,000sq ft project
Momentum Instore has provided full merchandising support to Sainsbury’s for its first 100,000 sq ft store in Crayford.
An experienced merchandising team was supplied by Momentum Instore to complete the project, including a 65 man group working during the day and a 23 strong team working at night. These worked together to complete all dressing, systems and replenishment duty on site. In addition Momentum Instore’s dedicated team leaders oversaw the project from beginning to end to ensure that all phases completed to a high standard on time.
Colin Hope, resource & process manager at Sainsbury’s, said: “There were quite a lot of changes and challenges throughout this project, but with the backing and support of Momentum Instore and our other suppliers we can all be proud of what we have delivered in Crayford. Feedback from customers and colleagues alike has been extremely positive.”
Hazel Hughes-Podmore, account director at Momentum Instore, added: “This has been an extremely exciting project to be involved in and our merchandising experts and team leaders have enjoyed using their experience to provide an excellent standard of finish for Sainsbury’s.”
