SpaceandPeople helps FMBE to award a lifetime of achievements
The Field Marketing and Brand Experience awards are delighted to announce the return to the schedule of the Lifetime Achievement Award with the help of sponsor shopping centre and venue specialists SpaceandPeople. The award has not been presented for 3 years.
The award recognises people in the Field Marketing and Brand Experience industry who have dedicated the large part of their career to pushing forward industry standards, creating jobs and opportunities through their dedication, and who have also been seen as a positive force for FM&BE beyond the confines of the industry.
Announcing the sponsorship, award’s director Frank Wainwright commented: “SpaceandPeople’s sponsorship helps fulfill an ambition that we share together, namely to make Lifetime Achievement a highlight of our annual celebration, with a presentation that will allow time for us all to reflect on the value of ongoing dedication. I am especially pleased to be able to put Lifetime Achievement back on the agenda in 2011 because we are also celebrating Legacy with a special award this year.
“News in FM&BE often surrounds the new appointments and account wins, whilst loyalty and year on year success can be overlooked. The Lifetime Achievement Award will show that dynamism, energy, passion, commitment and success can be delivered over a long period of time, and we are very excited to be revealing this year’s recipient on 5th October.”
Nick Hill, SpaceandPeople commented: “The FM&BE awards cover a range of different topics in the field marketing and brand experience arena. We're proud to be sponsoring the Lifetime Achievement award, which acknowledges that as the industry we all operate in evolves, it is vital to have people with experience and in-depth knowledge at its heart."
Previous recipients of the lifetime achievement award have been:
Alison Williams, group chairman, FDS
Tony Stratton, chairman, CPM
Mike Cottman, group chairman, FSS
Patrick Rooney, director, REL
