Sennheiser sounds out retailers with Beyond the Box
Retail training firm Beyond The Box has been commissioned by Sennheiser – the audio specialist – for a major retail training programme, adding value to its consumer headphone offering in time for the Christmas trading period.
The move forms part of Sennheiser’s national training initiative to support its retailers’ in-store sales conversions and increase its already booming success in the consumer headphone arena. This initiative will support the growing trend for music lovers to look good and enjoy great listening experiences, whilst building on Sennheiser’s reputation for quality and style across the Audiophile, DJ, Sports and MP3 markets.
The Beyond The Box team has been specially selected by Sennheiser for their knowledge and expertise. The ‘Sennheiser Brand Ambassadors’ will visit Sennheiser retailers over the next few months with full demonstrations of its headphones.
Central to the in-store training programme is the fact that trainees will be able to experience – first hand – the high quality sound that Sennheiser products deliver. Understanding the complete offering in a real environment and being able to advise customers from a personal listening experience is key to Sennheiser’s goal, providing customers with the very best in customer service and knowledge on each purchase.
